Made in Spain: Made of premium quality, polished carbon steel, our pan features a classic French style with an elongated, riveted metal handle. Unlike cast iron, our carbon steel pan is strengthened by its carbon content. It’s half the weight of a comparable cast iron skillet, making it much easier to handle. It also takes less upkeep - our carbon steel pan develops a seasoning coat much faster than a cast iron pan.
Naturally Non-Stick: Our carbon steel pan has a natural non-stick surface. The pan will turn darker as the surface improves, becoming more non-stick with each use. For regular cleaning hand wash with hot water, mild dish soap, and dry immediately with a soft cloth. Season the pan on a consistent basis by rubbing it with oil. Store in a dry area to prevent rusting. Our carbon steel pan is *Not* dishwasher safe.
